Calling Catalin was one of the best decisions we have made. We moved to a new house that needed a lot of work and updating in Barrington. We called many contractors and they are either too busy or high priced. We came across Catalin Marcu and called him. We told him what we wanted and he knew exactly what our vision was and what we wanted. We wanted two bathroom remodels, the complete house painted on the inside, four new closets installed and new crown molding and new trim throughout the entire house. His price was unbeatable and once the job was finished, it looked amazing! I have Catalin as the first call I make for any remodels or repairs. He wont leave until the job is done and I can tell he prides himself on being a perfectionist. I would and I do recommend him to anyone who needs repairs or remodels done.

Catalin was the contractor for our kitchen remodel, and we couldn't have been happier with his work.  Not only did he install the cabinets, backsplash, and hardware with a high level of precision (our walls aren't straight and our floor is uneven in spots, and he made sure everything was measured and aligned correctly), but he also made sure everything looked beautiful. He also went above and beyond to make sure the kitchen plumbing was up-to-date and that our gas line behind the stove was connected properly. Beyond that, Catalin is just a super nice guy, and I'm looking forward to working with him on future home improvement projects
